Think that's pretty unfair

They've lost:

Lambert, Rodriquez, Clyne, Fonte, Chambers, Shaw, Mane, Lallana, Pelle (slightly different circumstances), Wanyama, Lovren, Schneiderlin, Puncheon, Boruc

Throw in Bale, Walcott and the Ox, and now potentially Van Dijk makes for pretty grim reading

And they bought most of them from someone else.

In fairness they're all academy kids come good.

Lallana was signed from Bournmouth.

Yeah when he was like 12, he probably spent more time in the Southampton youth set up than Bournemouth

Why include Walcott in that list?

He's wasted the large portion of his career on the bench.

I wouldn't say Oxblade-Chamberpot has delivered much of his promise either.

They still had to pay Bournmouth for him.

The point I'm trying to make they have nothing to complain about. They would do the exact same thing in the position of the richer clubs.

So Chelsea are now pushing for compensation of £10 Million for Solanke.

Off to a tribunal so.

I know but before the U20 WC £3 million was the talk.
Danny Ings, (poor Danny) a much more important player for Burnley at the time cost £6.5 million at Tribunal.

No he hasn't. He's had a lot more starts than bench appearances and it was only a couple of wobbly seasons recently that saw him deservedly not start for the majority of a season

I think Walcott is something like 3rd all time in terms of starts under Wenger.

Danny Ings ceiling was always a lot lower than an U20 world cup golden ball winner.

Reading up on Spurs new stadium just shows you everything that's wrong with football.

It's going to be class - 61882 capacity, a 17,000 single tier KOP end and world class facilities including a pitch that gets rolled beneath the stadium for NFL

Stunning

I'm sure those new facilities, including a fromagerie, microbrewery and Michelin-star restaurant, will result in an excellent atmosphere

You don't know what you're talking about - the interior of the stadium has been designed to maximise atmosphere

Look at that beautiful 17,000 KOP end stand!

Or the 50,000 actual fans who are on the season ticket waiting list plus the ones who already have season tickets

No, he was loaned to Bournmouth where he played a whole 7 league games, came through Southampton's academy

I see JM has already covered this but that's bollocks.

Heated seats and USB charging ports? Spurs fans will be making full use of the charging ports then.

Ronaldo wants to leave Madrid apparently over the whole tax scandel. Coming from SSN so more reliable than just a twitter rumour

Now reported BBC have the same thing.

I know it's nostalgic but I'd love to see him at United for 2 or 3 more years.

Will he be detained at the airport for trying to flee an investigation?

I don't understand why he'd go there. The coach plays turgid football who he doesn't get along with. He's seen as a god there, why potentially tarnish that legacy?

That's actually hilarious.
Surely some Einstein at the IFA will lobby Uefa to get the date changed?
Or I suppose you accept that there is going to be carnage regardless so you may as well throw it in with the usual mess and contain it to the 2 nights rioting instead of a 3rd?

Wow  where's it being held? Might have to fly over to the Motherland if it's in Belfast, along with my songbook of anti-Pope chants.

Salah would be a terrible signing for Liverpool. I saw Roma about 6 times last season and he struck me as a headless chicken with no ability to finish or deliver a final ball

I mean he only averaged a goal every other game in the league from the wing and got another 11 assists on top of that last year, terrible stuff.

I watched him v Pescara towards the end of the season. Absolutely terrible. Got caught offside about 4 times in the first half and he couldn't find Dzeko if he had binoculars
