United do now have that Jose look about them. They look as if they're the equal of their opposition but not much better and still pull away in the last 15 minutes.

Matic is the difference this year. United's defense is a lot better because of his presence.

Shit happens, hopefully he comes back a bit sooner but they will either need Delofeu to step up or change the system further.

Could even see a back 3 and Messi behind Suarez

That was like a Ferguson game, weren't great and rode their luck for spells but then just put Everton away clinically when they needed to. Every one of the last few seasons that would have ended in a draw. Didn't think Utd would make Champions League again this season but might have to revise that. Lukaku has 7 goals in 7 games which is fairly impressive and Rashford/Martial are chipping in with a few which they weren't last season. Yet to play anyone good in the league tbf. Everton have had such a shit start but when you look at it they've played City, Spurs and Utd now already.

It really wasn't funny at the time. Scenes in the Luton end. The winner was one of the dodgiest flukiest goals I've ever seen.

Incredible talent.
I met him years ago at a wedding of a Derry City player in Letterkenny (I was working in the bar).
He was really sound and drinking 7up all night.

Then again I don't really know him.

Kyle Lafferty has opened up about gambling addiction.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41239996

Must be more prevalent than we think among footballers in the UK imo with the money available to young players.

Gambling advertising is absolutely out of control and I'm saying that as a guy who loves a punt.

How can the authorities possibly let bet365 run on every single advertising hoarding in a ground and then discuss the integrity of the game out the other side of their mouths. There is plenty of money in the world, go find someone else to sponsor your games. I can absolutely see how this would wreak havoc with someone who has an issue with gambling and you can't avoid it on the ads either. It has to be curtailed.

Yeah the advertising is ridiculous, you can't watch sport without about 15 gambling ads at half time.

The FA themselves have cut ties with whatever gambling company they had a sponsorship deal with. Nearly half of the Premier League clubs must be sponsored by betting companies at this stage.

There are gambling companies on some of these team's jersey I've never heard of. Stoke's ground is called Bet365 ffs.

We all know where the bookies is and how to place a bet. No need to ram it down our throats every 3 mins. I can't see it being allowed to continue like this indefinitely. And it might rid us of the scourge of Paddy Power guerrilla marketing the absolute wankers.

Whilst I'm absolutely on board with the "too much gambling advertising" thing, bet365 is based in Stoke, and is how the club's owner made his millions. It's not like, say, Watford and 138.com or Swansea's random far Eastern betting conglomerate, who have zero link with the club.

For the record, I'm not hugely impressed with Sarries getting betfair on their shirts, either.
