Common ground, common ground let's see... Can we all agree France is lacking the ethics that exist in other countries that produce 'better individuals', more functional civil altruistic and moral ? What's the most tomatoes you've eaten in one day ?

Like England, as exemplified by Sir Bradley Wiggins?

On TD, although I wouldn't have gone there, there's some potential if no-one gets broken early. Machenaud can kick, and with Basta likely to be watched by 2/3 players, there might be some space for TD to run into. If you're going to play him, that's kind of the ideal conditions.

Of course, the most likely scenario is that he'll be shit for 15 minutes before getting wrecked by Lawes, taken off the pitch for an HIA, and miss the rest of the season. But still...

Lombard saying what we have all been saying for years.

Quote:
“But, returning to the game on Saturday, if we win, it’ll be great, but it will only paper over the deep cracks of a failing structure, and until those issues are addressed at the core of the game, we will not be able to find the consistency and sustainable style needed to be up there with the best.”

Yep. I have given up long time ago all hopes on François TD in international games. I used to believe in him, a long time ago...

Not the best French XV we've seen that is for sure.

I expect nothing from the backs - just a little of excitement to see whether Bastareaud manages to produce a similar performance as vs Italy.

Will be hoping the forwards are enraged by the Crunch, especially our backrow. I'd love to see these 3 guys on fire and Tauleigne finally showing his true potential.

Anyway, we can turn it in whichever way we want, it's impossible to see us win this. On the other hand a proper spanking is quite possible...
