I remember OX actually. Good poster.

I hope he was nice to you.

He tried...decent bloke really and highly rated by those who met him...
Just a little confused when it comes to rugby related matters.

For me it was a twat called Weaver

In fact he was such a twat that me and the missus both joined up to get into him. It went pretty well, even despite some guy called Waratah wondering if we were something called a "multi".

Too many twats to hunt down individually now so I mostly don't bother

Not sure what year it was - '04 maybe?

Later, and you're mistaken. I never thought you were multis. I recall when you and your wife started posting - she was White Swan or something wasn't she?

I found the bored in 1999 when I was looking for rugby news sites. I saw the sledging and joined in. The only poster I remember from then is fatprop, I'm not sure if it's the same poster that's still here. From memory I usually only posted when the rugby was on and I wasn't at the pub. I do remember there was a lot of quality spite during 2001 Lions tour. It was a lot easier to troll back then, if you posted some of those sledges now you'd just get laughed at.

I stopped posting in 2002 and came back in 2007. I was pissed off that I had to register and more pissed off that some plum "stole" the nic I use to regularly use. When I came back it was good to see that some things hadn't changed and I've stuck around since.

Yeah - North Swan (now she wants to be South Pukeko...)

Maybe 07? fudge I know

I just remember you made some comment about the timing of our appearance and our unexpected effectiveness. Didn't last long

Nor did weaver for some reason

The timing was good because he was in his pomp and along came the two of you out of nowhere and started slaughtering him. It was marvellous. I have a vague recollection that your wife hinted the two of you were partners. If not, something about you both just made me think so: possibly that you had different styles but worked as a team.

Then you just kinda disappeared for a year or two.

Yeah - life just kept happening

More time on the bike = less time on the bored

Plus there's only so much of PR that I can take

No one really - I think I saw mention of the PR forum on the Scrum.com one, and was attracted to the old, old boreds real time nesting of replies , you could easily follow half a dozen threads at once, and was forever smitten.
