I am beginning to think there is a 7 year lifespan on manufacturing machinery...

So far this year
1. Rewound our Pressbrake motor.
2. Total overhaul of notching machine.
3. New delivery vehicle.
4. Now our compressor packed up.....piston through the head.....

Advice to all...sell up before 7 years because its going to cost you.
We have a maintenance programme but this is just wear and tear.
7 years lifespan in Africa? You are more than lucky mate, most machinery is broken in about 4 months.

Not my one, but practically identical. Was cheap enough and is good for moving boxes of stuff around which I needed.

It's the fully laden VIP Jap people mover though. Twin sunroofs, DVD screens front/back, leather reclining chairs, electric doors. Has a 110V power outlet, plug in RCA bullshit for wifi crap and all sorts of weird unnecessary shit. Mines 4WD, I'm f**ked if I know why but I suppose if I ever need to drive through a puddle I'll probably be safe. For a two ton vehicle with the aerodynamics of a brick it goes pretty good.
Lucky it has the rear spoiler to keep it on the road with all that grunt

3.5 ltr V6. It's not sluggish at all for a giant box. Thirsty though, so the around town short trips chews cash. Looking forward to getting some longer trips in it as it's pretty comfortable and doesn't drive as boat-ish as it looks.

Absolute steal. Sit/stand electric adjustable desk. Half price sale, so it's what you'd pay for the cheapest hand crank one I could find, and it's not as good for weight bearing anyway. On top of that, there was a 24% off christmas voucher, so for £160 I couldn't resist. Early christmas present to myself (though my mum has said she'll pay for it, she'd offered before when she knew I was after a desk).

Just had to show off a bit, since it's a ludicrous bargain.

I stared working full-time from home and bought this in October. Very pleased with it. I have 2 large monitors, 2 laptop and a dicking station on mine and not issue with that weight.

It is up and down like a whore’s knickers without any issue. I paid a lot more .... or should I say the company paid a lot more for it.

Quite impressive that it takes the load of being a dicking station.

Just realised that with a great weight rating, I no longer have to worry about where I'm putting my case, it can just sit on the desk now :D.

Enjoy your dicking.

Not a purchase, but a Christmas gift my wife received. She was puzzled why a friend would have given her a stapler for Christmas, assuming there was some hidden joke to it. So she Googled it. £70 for a stapler. The world has gone mad.

It may just be. I did not mention my brother in law owns the local butchers. His sister getting a Waitrose turkey will lead to familial fun and games. With any luck my sister in law will stop talking to us again.

Sky arrive to install the Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box. It does not work. We have a new BT router, and it turns out there is a known issue between Sky Q and this router which needs BT to fix. He has left and we now need to sort out the issue with BT, and get a re-install.

If it is a known issue with certain BT routers, why did they not ask which router we have so we could get the BT fix in advance? Muppets.

 good to hear. Excited about getting my office finally completed and getting this desk in place. Only recently realised that the extra weight allowance means i can put my case on it too rather than trying to find a way to have it on a stand.

One of my sons has just acquired this car. He was keen on VW but those within his price range and mileage / age parameters were very basic. Saw this at the dealers and it hit the spot. Very well equipped, appears well built, apparently very reliable, but not the most exciting to drive, which is actually fine for a young man as he'll be less tempted to do stupid things.

Mazda was not a make that was anywhere on our radar for a hatchback, but I am very impressed.

Recently finished outdoor kitchen and dining area additions. The Primo ceramic grill/smoker is an amazing piece of kit, very flexible for either low and slow or searing steaks.
