Bed calls.

Super bowl is about as much NFL as I can stomach each year.

Drags on a bit though.

Does it what. 2+ hours so far, of which only 30 minutes has been actual game time. x(

Only americans would put up with this sort of shite.

The half time show is almost as big as the game for some. It’s a massive big deal. But yeah, the whole production is as yank as it gets. The Aussies try to emulate to a degree with all their State of Origin coverage.

Anyway, I like JT. He was great in the Coen brothers Inside Llewyn Davis. Im amazed at what a slick production that was.

Isn’t the ball in actual play for on average 11mins?

:? You can be in the right spot positionally but the play to fall over further up the chain.

It was a pass from the qb so either the pass was not good or the receiver was not in the right spot

It was a pass from the qb so either the pass was not good or the receiver was not in the right spot

So a bad pass then. Glad we sorted that.

He would murder in rugby. Not to mention he wouldn’t have nearly as many injuries because it would be illegal to launch yourself at his knees.

Or the pass went where intended and the receiver was in the wrong spot.

Properly sorted now ;)

Such a f**king weird rule. He caught it, hauled it in landed in bounds and held it even when he hit the ground. Whow gives a shit if it bobbles around a bit.

Given anyway.

6 or a kind-of 5.5. Assume he's a half decent jumper?

One of those times where access to many angles of slow-mo replays really just complicates things more than anything.

Yeah. He had "control" the moment he caught it imo. The tackler arrives on his back and causes him to starts falling so he has to move his arms not to faceplant.

Anyway, if you catch it and hold it after it's on the ground then who cares. Just a weird rule coming from a rugby background.

Last two drives have been practically uncontested. If the Eagles stop scoring they might be in real trouble.

Eagles need to score again. And again and again. their defense isn't gonna win them this game on current form. Wonder how Does responds to this pressure.

Really? It’s the style of game it is. Go and time from a league play of the ball to the effected tackle. Or from the cricket bowler release to the end of the play. It is what it is.

Gronkowski is 1.98m and 120kg, bloody hard to defend against.
