The Irish 9 hasn’t been in the same post code as the breakdown for this entire match.

Italy still in this despite playing most of the game with 14 men

Italy could have won that without the sending off.

Ireland went to a rabble once the subs were made. Very poor depth and they'll be hammered by England and will be underdogs against Wales too.

The sidestep on the covering winger was like it was in take treacle, but he still got around him.

FFS, between Leinster errors and the ref, the match is gifted to Edinburgh. Poor stuff.

Wonderful finish by Edinburgh.

Too many bombed chances by Leinster. Even on 75mins if McGrath had dummied and gone left the game would be done and dusted.

FFS. Leinster lost that? Saw a couple of the tries at half time. How many points were gifted to Embra?

It's all timing, even the slightest movement at the right point can wrong foot a covering defender, and Cave has always had timing. He's quick enough and that's all that matters.

Ladyboys cough up a try bonus point to the Gunners, twunts

Still McPhillips decent but no management required, Gilroy and Judas both looking very sharp.

Leinster, not good enough. Not quite the control from 10, but just too many errors from a young team.. With game on the line and Leinster ahead on the scoreboard and only minutes remaining, they couldn't close it out., Edinburgh did enough to score and deserved it.

Missed the match, I'm assuming Ulster are back on track for world domination?
Who stood out, and were we any different than we were under LK?

Well the under 20's and Leinster both tried their best to throw away their games with Leinster managing it.

Positives Barry Daly again for me he is such a good finisher, Daverage would not finished his 2 chances and was very poor IMHO. Deegan again was excellent, his skills are brilliant he set up 2 tries with brilliant passing off both hands first one with lovely little delay to fix the defender. Scrum was good, then let Edbinburgh in for 2 ogs  Really should have won that game.

In the 20's match terrible 2nd half you wonder what would have happened if Italy had kept 15 players on the pitch. Back 3 I thought looked decent Mccarthy very lively going forward but his defence is still not great. Actually Irish tackling was pretty poor, hooker was decent enough, Hugh O'Sullivan was ok he has a nice boot, a few loose passes at times.

Now to watch the Ulster game.

All the backs looked decent, but it was the Kings who were abysmal.
