He's out. Has to/had surgery.feckwanker wrote:Archer?Liathroidigloine wrote:Who'll step up at T/H if Ryan and Scott are out. Parker starts but who's back up?
Scott I assume.Liathroidigloine wrote:Who'll step up at T/H if Ryan and Scott are out. Parker starts but who's back up?
Lets wait until we see how the refs goes first.boringperson12 wrote:Munster are in big trouble, didn't really think much of your man Parker's scrummaging when he came on against Edinburgh - McGrath/Healy should win a few penalties here.
He's a big unit at 6' 2'' but is only a little over 17st according to Wiki. He has only 15 games of top flight pro rugby (Sale 12 and Munster 3) but did get 9 caps for England U20's. His contract was renewed for 2018/19 season so they obviously see something in him.boringperson12 wrote:Munster are in big trouble, didn't really think much of your man Parker's scrummaging when he came on against Edinburgh - McGrath/Healy should win a few penalties here.
Parker has spent most of the season on the bench for Shannon in the AIL.Liathroidigloine wrote:He's a big unit at 6' 2'' but is only a little over 17st according to Wiki. We haven't really seen Leinster go after other teams scrums even when they have a perceived advantage. This is possibly due to the penalty roulette that refs like to play.
He also went through some serious down turns in form.irishrugbyua wrote:21 year old Luke Fitzgerald was a starting winger for the lions, the grand slam winners and european champions pre-injury, so yeah he was pretty good.earl the beaver wrote:Apart from Luke Fitz who got better while injured.Leinsterman wrote:Dontcha know that the default position regarding players who have been injured is to declare that they're out of form? He had a run of fitness that led to his selection at 15 for the 2011 6N, including playing in the 2010 AIs and he simply did not play well at all. He featured in 3 RWC warmups and subsequently didn't make the squad.irishrugbyua wrote:post injury/injuries.earl the beaver wrote:He also went through some serious down turns in form.irishrugbyua wrote:21 year old Luke Fitzgerald was a starting winger for the lions, the grand slam winners and european champions pre-injury, so yeah he was pretty good.earl the beaver wrote:Apart from Luke Fitz who got better while injured.Leinsterman wrote:Dontcha know that the default position regarding players who have been injured is to declare that they're out of form? Loughman is with Munster these days. Joined on loan back in Jan. Was 5th choice LH at the time.hermie wrote:Only played 5 mins this season so hardly surprising. He was never properly fit after his injury in 09. The run of fitness you talk about was not a run but a case of one niggle after another. He missed some of Leinster's European campaign that year and was reinstated in place of McFadden immediately in January 2011, showing little form. He was then last man standing for the 6N. No one ever claimed he was in form then.earl the beaver wrote:[

He was a very good player but he's been built up massively.
Thanks, much appreciated.danthefan wrote:Flashscore.com/cricketFritz Lung wrote:Any chance of updates from Malahide?

But with Fitz it was always the hope that he'd be able to overcome his injuries and return to his consistent form which he showed for the first three years of his career that led to a Lion's tour. It was always about rating his potential rather than form.

If we go with full strength then we will absolutely destroy them. They’re abysmal.CM11 wrote:No suggestion yet that anyone will be.SFBB wrote:Any suggestion of who is being rested for the Australia tour?
They were already brought back later than usual this season and the same can happen next season. No summer tours next year either. It's not a major concern. No one looks particularly jaded.SFBB wrote:If we go with full strength then we will absolutely destroy them. The question is, when do any of those Lions get a rest before the World Cup?

Hendo and most likely Henshaw out btw.
There's hardly ever word from Ulster about anyone's fitness.earl the beaver wrote:Is Hendy confirmed out? As far as I can see there's been no official word from Ulster on his fitness.
He seems to be permanently jaded these days. Someone doesn't in there, it could be Logan, it could just be whoever is in charge of the social media. They stopped doing it regularly not all that long ago.Fritz Lung wrote:unseenwork wrote:There's hardly ever word from Ulster about anyone's fitness.earl the beaver wrote:Is Hendy confirmed out? Slogan doesn't believe in open and transparent methods.
