I hate youtube video's with banging music over them. I needed to change my air filter and wanted to watch a vid of the process. Not one didn't have shitty poor quality so called music too loud.

The clip is believable and is a known wind turbine failure mode. Wind turbines operate at a fixed synchronous speed within their operating wind velocity window. Typically they will start turning/generating at around 10 mph and turn out of the wind and stop turning/generating at around 50 mph. The turbine in the clip was likely not synchronized with the grid and had a system failure that prevented the yaw controller from turning the turbine out of the wind.
