He always strikes me as very sound, when I've seen him interviewed.

His acting career was pretty well finished by the first movie, & it can't have been easy to deal with that, without becoming very bitter.

Believe so. I know he's considered one of the best Jokers. Really good in the Batman games.

Believe so. I know he's considered one of the best Jokers. Really good in the Batman games.

Hamill may not have made the fortune that Ford did, but most Hollywood actors would kill for his career. Between voiceover work, being one of the first digital,stars (Wing Commander), and his "regular" acting, he's done pretty well for himself

I don't know; he's done well financially, but I find it hard to imagine, that as an, 'actor'; he'd have planned a successful career they way his turned out.

I'm obviously not knocking him; I just think that if you looked up; 'type cast', in a Dictionary, you'd probably see his picture. I think the good humor he takes all this, is why I'm so impressed with him

My first job was in the vaults at Bank of England - the trapezoid shape is designed that from a flat surface, a human cannot pick a bar up by hand, you need special calipers. The bars are a lot smaller than in that photo on this page, and although only a few kg the sheer density of them is very surprising, not the weight.

They are also rarely stacked particularly high , 3-4 rows was the standard. All really rather dissapointing compared to the final scene in Goodfinger !
