I thought it might be the first stage of the battle since the elephants are fighting Roman skirmishers, before the legions separated into avenues. Though actually looking at it there's too much cavalry in the Roman line, the Romans relied on the Numidian cavalry arriving late to the battle and catching Hannibal from behind.

Could be Heraclea or Asculum against Pyrrhus.
