Any chance of the fokker getting away with it?

Depends on how believable the judge finds his neurologist. And the line of events leading up to the apprehension of the suspect.


I for one, cannot see any chance of any outside agency being involved with the killings, and find Van Breda's excuses quite unbelievable. But I am not the judge.

If he is found guilty, expect this to go to the SCA, soonest.

From the judge's summary so far, it seems as if he may need to brush up on his blow-job skills in order for him to take his place in the 28's silver line.

Sounds like Henri will have to find a new girlfriend in Polsmoor.

There was an episode featuring this case on the true crime podcast sword and scale recently.

Has quite a bit of the police interviews, the emergency call, court proceedings etc on it.

Worth a listen if you have an interest in the case.

He has nothing that he worked for. He's whole existence is because he was born into a rich family and inherited wealth. He is the very thing he hates, a spoiled white boy born with a golden spoon up each end thanks to his forefathers who build a successful company. Because of this he cannot get his mind around the fact that there are white people who have to work hard for a living. In his mind we were all born into a life of plenty. He certainly is a poster boy for bringing back the death penalty.

I think the USA is a perfect case study to demonstrate that the Death Penalty is no deterrent

I don't know why you would go that far to find an example. Botswana is right next door and they have the death penalty. If only someone could give us a crime report from Botswana so we could compare it with ours. Not that I support the return of the death penalty, not with our corrupt Government.
