Any good ones today?

These are always impeccable quality for me (but prob depends on your internets)

The verified streamer links are usually HD TV quality. I'm watching the Wiz on this right now:

Oh wow, that footage is excellent. Thank you.

Kawhi to Lakers rumors starting to do the rounds...... Im just surprised that it took this long tbh. You can guarantee that any soon-to-be-free-agent is reported to be a shoe in to join the Lakers.

The Lakers would have to give the Spurs Kuz and Ingram in return. I can't see it

Isn't Kawhi about to become a free agent?

No, he is contracted up to 2020 but he has a player option for 2019-20

If Kawhi was smart he'd join the Celtics.

Lakers will have to give up Ball, Ingram, and kuzma, on a sign and trade deal with the Spurs.

That was a rough loss. Korver with the goose egg. Lue has no idea who to start.

Looking for calrification here....... If he exercises that option doesnt that effectively make him a free agent? What are the parameters at that point?
Honestly not sure how this stuff works.......

I've done a 5 minute read of articles across the net. Here's the key paragraph for me:

Leonard is eligible for the $219 million "super-max" extension this offseason.

Quote:
If the two sides don't agree to a max extension this summer, it's possible that the Spurs could put Leonard on the trading block. Leonard will be a free agent in 2019, and the Spurs certainly would not want to see their superstar forward leave without getting anything in return. However, what the Spurs could get from other teams for a player who could become a free agent in a few months is another question.

Thanks mate. If nothing else I just hope this situation is put to bed this summer and does not drag out over the course of the 2018/19 season. This past season has been frustrating enough just don't want to endure an entire year of will he stay or will he go?

If a super-max contract is not agreed & signed - for whatever reason - I assume that Leonard will be traded as he will likely sign elsewhere when he becomes a free agent.

Congrats, vc! AD is just an animal!

He'll cause the Warriors some trouble - but you don't really have anyone that can guard that KD fella...

Meanwhile, Rox looking pretty shit here in Game 3 - but still well in it.

And the brick brothers are coming up in Utah after that!

That would be cool.

Anyway, Thunder got predictably wrecked. Russ was abysmal - shooting/passing/walking back on defence all game. Steve in foul trouble - team couldn't do shit with him off the floor, and he couldn't attack the glass.

Roberson's injury ended the season - but it really should end the Russ' era as well. He needs to be traded. As I've said time and time again, he's simply not a first option on a championship team.

He won't be traded of course - the small market Thunder need to keep him. Bums on seats...

It's why the Pistons foolishly traded for Blake. The fit made no sense, but he's a name.

I pinched this - but if you haven't watched Russ this season, here he is:

Russ is at 45.3% TS on 33% usage for the series.

That's the lowest TS and highest usage on the team.

How in the hell can any team hope to win with that?

Haven't seen it, but as it's JR Smith I'm going to assume it was a pull up jumper inside his own half with plenty of time left on the clock.

Time for OKC to blow it up and rebuild. Not enough leaders of men on that team. Shame what happened there, it looked like a great small market story, embraced in their new town and loaded with young talent. Probably gonna have to start from scratch and be crap for a few seasons before they get it back. Also Melo was a terrible acquisition.

Luke Maye declared for draft without agent...... Interesting pro prospect, monster junior year, physical, strong as an ox and good rebounder... Wonder if anyone takes a punt on him?

Jesus Christ Carmelo sux. He keeps on throwing up bricks. But then the Thunder as a team can't shoot 3s for shit. They are done. Wish Carmelo had never gone to them, he's a total liability at this stage of his career.

Money on Jazz at -4.5 last game and -5.5 this game.

There is no 'switch' with this Thunder team - they're just not very good.

The Jazz are - with well established systems on both sides of the ball. They are a team. The Thunder are a rabble.

And yes, Melo sucks and has sucked all season, and has historically sucked even more in the playoffs. 1 more year of him to come...

OKC should have spent their money last season acquiring quality 3 point shooters like JJ Redick. Instead they bought an aging Carmelo Anthony, a known ball hog, to play with Russell Westbrook FFS.

Fair play to the Jazz though. They're a legitimately good side.

Yep. A lot of teams could use that advice frankly. You can really paper over the cracks with the 3-ball.

Speaking of which, who else put the Pacers to sleep the other night but Kyle Korver...

Westbrook may be suspended for game 5 as he may not have been officially checked in when he had words with Gobert - if not, it's the same as leaving the bench & entering the court during a confrontation which is an auto suspension.

 Probably the most underrrated and overlooked team in the league in the regular season. Very well coached and fun to watch. Mitchell got a decent amount of attention but the team as a whole did not.

They didn't buy Melo, they traded for him. JJ was never an option. OKC can't attract decent free agents - it's just not a desirable location.

That said, I never liked the Melo trade. They could have got something more useful for Kanter/McDermott/Bulls 2nd rounder at the trade deadline.

And as I've said previously, Billy doesn't have the stones to bench Melo. In fact he overplays him! Through 3 quarters yesterday, Melo played a game high 31 minutes. :uhoh: He was shitting all over the floor, yet he stays on it. It's ludicrous.

The Jazz are good, though - obviously. I don't think they're underrated at all. Many people picked the Jazz to win this series.

The Thunder aren't helping matters with their dumb fuck defence, which is all on Donovan. They haven't adjusted at all since Roberson went down - which has left them vulnerable to the corner 3 - something Utah (Ingles) excels at, and something the Thunder give up more than any other team in the league.

Hopefully Russ does get suspended, so they can end this shitty season tomorrow...

Let's hope he chucks up plenty of 3s and gets booed...

Sam presti needs to hire Marc Jackson or David Fitzdale as their coach next season.

Billy Donavon tactics suck. And the only reason why they made it to the conference finals that year was because they had Durant.

Moronic coaching
