Will the fans clean up their own filth this time, or will they leave that job for the poor people as usual?

Glasto lineups are never full of bands I like, but that's particularly weak.

Don't know if they still do this, but someone I've lost touch with got a free ticket for being part of the clean up crew a few years back. They'd not have been able to go if that wasn't the case, so it's not a bad arrangement.

A bunch of people getting wasted in a field for days is never going to be litter free.

It looks weak until you look at the other stages not listed above. The Fontaines DC play twice, Interpol, Hot Chip, Idles, Morcheeba, Fatboy Slim, Faithless, Carl Cox and exclusively for the utterly pretentious wankers Sons of Kemet x( are on

If I went - which in fairness I'm not likely to now or in future - I'd just go to the dance music tents.

One day I'll go. That lineup looks incredible, and can you imagine all the news bands that you'd discover?

Besides, festivals are about more than just your favourite bands playing.

Proclaimers and The Cure for me but I think I've just given my age away.
Any chance of Genesis in the next legends slot ?

We're getting old lads that's the reason for the lack of enthusiasm.

The smaller stages are where our bands are. The main stages are for the 20 year olds.

Chemical Brothers and Wu Tang Clan are the only names that stand out for me. Liam is shite without Noel and Marr is shite without that now utter fascist who should keep his mouth shut Morrissey.

Watch the Tame Impala set, unreal live band.
The band that are going to explode so hopefully they’ll show them is Fontaines DC.

Saw Tame Impala twice: At EP 4 years ago and at Forbidden Fruit 3 years ago.

Love the song "Let it Happen" . Agree they're brilliant live.

Sheryl Crow's style is very country blues.

I could imagine driving across the USA through the plains listening to her music.

People get free tickets for clearing up the inevitable shit that happens when you put drunk people in a tent for 5 days. The tents/sleeping bags now get collected and sent to homeless charities.

Why do you begrudge people who normally wouldn't be who wouldn't be able to afford it that experience? And the charities this valuable asset.

You sound like a grumpy cûnt

I think festivals struggle now that rock music has completely vanished from the charts. Sure you can get a rapper or a guy with an acoustic guitar to headline but it's not the same as having a multi-platinum world famous band playing.

Jorja Smith seems to have influences of Alicia Keys and Sade.

The chill out vibe of the music is very Sade but her voice is RnB

I’m the same, seemingly out of touch with the headliners on that bill. Many, many I’ve never heard of and those that I have don’t spin the wheels greatly. We Tang would be my pick to see, and I’ve never been a loyal listener. I guess I’m being harsh on The Cure, Chemical Brothers and Johnny Marr, would like to see them too.

me too. the amount of people who call them depressing is actually rather depressing. One of the greatest lyricist of all time who took the piss with a lot of his lyrics and one of the best UK guitarists who created incredible music together.

Moz is ike 60 odd now so who cares what an ageing pop star from the 80s and 90s says...?

His biggest fanbase now is bizarrely, in latin america, so I am sure he is not a total and utter fascist!

Nowhere near good enough for a glasto headliner. Decent rapper and all but jay z could barely pull it off

Just popped BBC2 on.

Stormzy is undoubtedly a big name but one dude on his own on a stage doesn't do it for me.

If you're going to do grime or hip hop to tens of thousands of people you need absolutely massive tracks.

Someone like Dizee Rascal can pull it off as the tracks are more suited to this.

All in my middle aged dad opinion obvs
