The NZ Maori should be struck off the Lions tour

Watching the highlights back, it's occurred to me what an absolute waste of a match the Maori provided. Touted as the 'unofficial fourth test', but in reality it was an absolute nothing game. The Maori, packed full of some of the brightest SR talent (as touted by many on here) didn't look close to scoring a single point after 21min into the game, and were truthfully an utter shambles with and without the ball.
I took great pleasure in watching the pack concede endless penalties, and get absolutely manshamed by the Lions scrum and driving maul. It made me laugh to watch how the much-lauded second-coming 'D-Mac' was bounced around like a Colt playing his first senior game - and how he utterly failed to deliver any semblance of control or composure.

I'm under no illusion that the tests are likely to be a significant step up from that rabble, and that the Lions are truly no further along than they were after the Highlanders game. Given that the tour is already too cramped, non-events like the Maori game should be struck off future schedules, or replaced with competitive fixtures.

This clown is actually travelling to New Zealand to support the lions, if we are to believe him!

Hopefully he'll bump into toro or jdogscoop and they can bore each other to death

Rob Noonan (i think that was his name?) was quite good, simply because he was a genuinely nasty, misanthropic piece of work.

Mitty racked up decent numbers, when he wasn't getting too personal.

But good WUMs with an actual rugby focus are rare.

I assume you meant 'last'.

He was like a young Cassius Clay, all mouth and at least some trousers. It's sad to see the punch drunk Parkinson's victim we have stumbling about the forum today
