there seem to be only two routes for May to be forcibly removed (deliberately leaving out the possibility of her resigning on her own terms in, say, 2019 or 2020):

a) Booted out by her own party in an early leadership contest, which would need 48 Conservative MPs to write to the 1922 committee
b) Booted out by the opposition in a vote of no confidence in Parliament, which would require more than half of all MPs to back - not sure of the exact maths behind this or what the magic number would be given the various peculiarities eg 7 non-voting Sinn Fein MPs or the Leader of the House and his 3 deputies not voting

Amazingly, despite the farcical situation with the current government, neither looks massively feasible IMO - the former unlikely as the anti-May wing of the party would still probably rather keep May than risk Corbyn, and the latter since the opposition would need to come together in a way that seems mathematically improbable (even if Labour got their act together and cobbled together support from the SNP and the Lib Dems they'd still likely need some major defections from the Tories to pass a no confidence)

For all the talk, nobody really wants to challenge her in the Tory party and there isn't much Labour can do before the next election.

Replace the leader and for the love of god boot out the DUP.

Only problem is that who the feck would want to lead the GOP during Brexit? Personally I would make one of the brexiteers do it.

Nobody wants the gig- but it'll be bad health that gets her imo.

I think she will stay. The Brexit negotiation will be extended, May will stay on and labour will get in next election. Labour will continue to extend the negotiations indefinitely

Not far off the plan I reckon. Unfortunately for most remainers Corbyns mob will out like a shot.

Well it is 2133 in the evening so I guess the answer is yes.

I think it depends on Brexit negotiations. If she softens on the EU's so-called "Brexit Bill" the Brexiteers will attempt to replace her. For many she has already overstepped in the mark with her 20bn Florence offer. For their part, remainers already had a go at replacing her but they couldn't muster the numbers.

Yes. So far she's proven the naysayers wrong who said she wouldn't last 3 months. Strong, risilient woman!
What's the alternative? The loony left.

Most definitely the loony left unfortunately
May is about as resilient and strong as a wet paper bag. She has steered her party onto the rocks and it is slowly but surely sinking. Unfortunately she is also steering the country that way as well.

I hope she goes soon because I'm really not sure how much more strong and stable I can take.

She'll limp on before being brutally knifed once we have a better idea about our future with the EU.
