'tis the season etc etc. No doubt I am not the only boredie looking to rediscover the beach bod/penis this January.


Good hour with some higher intensity intervals on the bike today. General aim to walk a lot more as well and do some strength work.

My great issue with the 'eat less move more' mantra is how hungry exercise makes me, the smaller meals and fewer shitty snacks element of this plan is going to take some mental toughness...
