in a tribute to our neighbours who called their cat BadDog - name your puppy Tomcat. Especially if it's a bitch.

Roadkill

I used to know a prof at King's College. He and his family lived on roadkill as he sought to prove that it was a safe diet on a shoestring.

I hit a pheasant which had taken off from Wood Green Animal Centre. It smashed into the windscreen and went skywards with feathers everywhere. I watched in the rear view mirror as it hit the road.

I stopped the car and went back to retrieve it. Made sure it met its maker with a bit of neck wringing.

Popped it into the boot and went to work. Delivered it to said prof that evening.

Got invited over to his house to celebrate his daughter's Christening.

You are probably ahead of me on this one.

Avoid ANY alliterative name, which is horribly twee. How about Toxicara? It refers to toxicara canis, a bug spread by dogshit, and has that all important sibilant necessary for emphasis when shouting.

"On My Face".

Would make for endless amusement at the dog-park. And the neighbours would be able to replace the existing scurrilous rumours they hear about you with a whole new set.

It's Khinjan River God. Otherwise known as Maximillian the Great.

He shall be 14 tomorrow. He's got an awful lot of descendants. His great grandson Otto has sired another imminent arrival.

If I did that, my dog would definitely have been called "Biggus Dickus". He's had the Big Op, but still get a hard-on from time-to-time, and when I first saw it my flabber was truly gasted. I've never had a male dog before in my life, but have seen the occasional dog penis when visiting family who used to breed dogs. Those dogs' penises were never even close to my little boy's!

A little Jack Russell, and his when erect goes from the base to just below his mouth
