By rights Wales should have no chance against Eng and yet the last four games have bin close.

Wales will have to be at their very best to win, so its not mission impossible so I'll stick with Wales by 4.
Wales have a great chance. We don't have big carriers to ruffle the excellent Welsh defence, Simmonds won't find the gaps he did against Italy - and Wales have the edge at the breakdown. Assuming it is wet, I think that increases the Welsh chances. Could come down to who takes their chances best.

Home advantage, and a good bench, might carry us to a win. I think it'll be tight.
You're nervous as fook.
I won't deny it.

One thing, in our favour, is that Eddie has already seen what this Welsh side can do - so England won't be surprised that they can play a bit and are coming to town with a different game plan.

It'll be close, but I think one team or the other will win it by scoring more points.

I agree, I can only see one team winning though to be honest because I've never seen two teams win the same game

I think it'll definitely be a game of two halves. And I can only see one team losing, for the same reason.

Some will have laid their bodies on the line, and others will realise that you can't afford to make many mistakes when playing at this level. The value of the top 2 inches will be emphasised too.

The weather clearly plays into the Welsh hands with the heavier pack, i just hope it doesn't ruin the spectacle.

Anyway, England by 10

It'll be cold due to the wind, with some light rain later in the afternoon - might not come to very much if we're lucky.

A Welsh win would be a shock for me, but a much bigger shock for the English posters.

Isn't that the best though?

Two teams on fire, both have always been capable of beating the other on any given day and both really, really want the high stakes win here and both sides an play some wonderful rugby to watch? On top of that fans both desperate for bragging rights and nervous as fudge because they want the win so bad. Ad we all know this game doesn't really have favourites, no one knows which side will execute their A game or which player will produce a moment of brilliance or a fudge-up that will cost their side. On top of that century long history between the teams to add to it all.

This is sport at it's best!

Yeah, mostly because you not keep reminding us about how it makes you such massive underdogs.

I won't be shocked if Wales win, and neither will you. They're a very good side.

I'll be disappointed though, if Wales win, as will you, if Wales lose.

Yeah. With all the injuries, I'd just be happy if we don't embarrass ourselves (and that's not mockers God's baiting, that's my genuine hope).

I doubt we could shoehorn Liam in so North to wing and Adams to 15?
Watkins back into squad?
Personally I'd like to see Alex Cuthbert drafted in. Could be a match winner.

Not been around much - haven't seen him in person since before Xmas so not sure if he's officially quit or just not been arsed.

From prolific to nothing.....must've gone back to Gwlad forum.

I feel the same. I will be watching the match back home in the pub in the Valleys.

That would have been my guess, which isn't going to help Wales at all. obelixtim said England by 25 and he could be right, but if they defend well and keep disrupting England's ball, and they can do that, then I think the English margin of victory will be much slimmer.

Looking forward to this game immensely, Wales never have a problem with England, all of the games have been close, Wales attitude and mental approach is spot on, so it does amaze me to see so many nervous English posters, you should blow us of the park today, but there's good old nagging doubt.
But games like this I look forward to, top of my list so enjoy one and all.

Possibly even negative.
Wales were very close last year and nothing much has changed. England are relatively weaker in the back row this year, and weren't overly competitive in that area in the last.
Also, - whether it be during the game or in pre-match prep. - Wales were punishingly efficient in isolating and exploiting Scottish weaknesses last week.
Two teams are evenly matched, and my guess is it will be decided on who can maintain their discipline the best.

If I were Welsh, I'd be pretty pumped up with the thought that this England are definitely vulnerable to that Wales.

Come on England!

Don't be fooled by them, Clive. They're expectant. A loss would be a massive shock to them.
