The Vodacom Bulls are pleased to announce that the entire matchday squad that did duty against the Emirates Lions will be available for selection against the Reds in Brisbane this weekend.

Additionally, Jason Jenkins (AC joint) and Burger Odendaal (rib) have recovered and will be in contention for selection this week.

Almost the entire Reds squad is banned/arrested/discarded/injured. I hear they’re even recruiting toddlers from the PYC kiddie dance hour they run at the stadium.

100% Boer. Klingon, that would be.

Edit: Waiting for the next Great Trek - we want to move deeper into Africa.

Eit 2 :
Saffer rugby players, all except the top elite. are comparatively poor and downtrodden. They get paid in ZA Rand... and not quite enough. SARU as well as the franchises/Unions are cheapskate slave traders and oppressors, living off the sweat of the poor players..

Poor and downtrodden, now. In two generations' time half of Oz will be working for them (and the family Li)

In five generations' time we will see a bloody revolution in Oz, overthrowing the ex-Saffers' government. Siting "prejudice".

Good to see Daugunu to start on the wing, Wright starting at 7, and CFS in his natural position of 13. I imagine that the SK at 12 thing is to counter the 'physical' Bulls' style (hopefully he will cause a train wreck or two amongst their defence), and the NZ presence on this thread is in support of their referee, Nutbrown.

Most of this team were born in such exotic Ozzie places as New Zealand, Papa-New-Guinea, Fiji and Tonga.
Cosmopolitan Australia.
Whether folk were locally-born has long been a vexed question.

Here is the definitive breakdown.

3. Taniela Tupou - Brothers Tonga
4. Izack Rodda - Easts Straya
5. Kane Douglas - Norths Straya
6. Adam Korczyk – University of Queensland NZ
7. Liam Wright – Easts Seth Efrika
8. Caleb Timu – Souths NZ
9. James Tuttle – GPS Straya
10. Jono Lance – University of Queensland Straya
11. Eto Nabuli – GPS Fiji
12. Samu Kerevi – Souths Fiji
13. Chris Feauai-Sautia – Souths NZ

18. Sef Fa’agase – University of Queensland NZ
19. Harry Hockings – University of Queensland Straya
20. Angus Scott-Young – University of Queensland Straya
21. Tate McDermott – University of Queensland Straya

In summary: overseas-born the majority (13 of 23) with NZ the biggest contributor (six, five of whom were born in Auckland).
When you add in the NZ born coach you can understand why they are our favourite Aussie team.
I'd simply put this down to your innate good taste and astute judgement.
