They also sell apple slices in plastic packets now. Imagine that! I'm not joking, Tesco's and Sainsbury's both sell them.

McDonalds have been doing that for ages over here. Plenty of people my age and older need to have the crusts cut off their sandwiches. Every generation has such quirks (probably except The Greatest Gen ... hard as, they were)
