Eddie is a genius to be fair. Turned around a shite team, then made them shite again so he could turn them around again.

Are we sure he's half Japanese? Permanent revolution..

Trotsky. Not the first name I'd expect on the RFU teamsheet

Thought "permanent revolution" was Mao?

I think a few of us mentioned when England was on the losing run last year was the irony that Eddie Jones would be the perfect person to introduce at this point and turn things around. We more or less saw the closest thing in Mitchell.

Not according to that Deviationist Running Dog of Capitalism wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_revolution

L.D.Bronstein commonly known as Trotsky published a work called Permanent Revolution in 1929 apparently

Fair enough, guess Mao just covered it and took it to another level in his classic album The Little Red Book. Bit like All Along The Watchtower with Hendrix

Obviously most Englishmen will not be hoping for the same outcome as you
Don't worry clash there is still time for your hoped for outcome.

Either that or the RFU still don't have a clue.. I
A lot of ifs, buts and maybes in that analysis.
Because not a single person on here has a clue what's going on. None of us are in the England management team
When has that ever mattered. Remember the certainty PR posters had about Andy Farrell selecting the England team.

He knows a little bit, but he's obsessed with dumping on England.

Barnes does talk a lot of shite but he did voice some legitimate concerns. Although I'm not sure why people think this job with internal players is beyond him.

The seeming desire of some England "supporters" for Jones to fail is a bit sad

Barnes talks a lot of shite. I suspect Barnes has a ghostwriter who perhaps doesn't always write a lot of shite.

That's why I said on paper. I don't know much about Mitchell and the Barnes article and reaction here was about all I was informed about.
