Ahh, done this drive and walked the hills so much that I can almost name them all (not spell obviously).

Realize that due to work and family commitments another year slipped by without a visit. 4 years now and counting.
Anyway, it's only a few minutes long so watch you plums or fudge off.

Bought an old car and caravan and with my two travel mates (two russian girls) planted fir trees, iirc, up and down the hills around Lochinver

We've been thinking about doing Far North Scotland North Coast 500 drive for a couple of years. Maybe we'll do it next year. I'd imagine some of hte footage is from there?

I always pictured you as having a doctorate in philosophy and had been published, I'm fairly sure I even studied some of your work.

My wife and I spent six weeks driving through Scotland when I resigned my job and that clip beings back some great memories.

Yes this is part of the drive. It's a great part but I think the drive from Ullapool to Shieldaig is the most spectacular, but it's all good.
