I was doing fine v. Crazy Islander after the Scot/Ire match - but he nailed the Wales margin :x
I met Biggar, once. Don’t think we bonded. Don’t know whether he’s best mates with CI, or anything and I’m not suggesting anything untoward, of course. CI is obviously damn good at this so I’d like to say well played :x
Reading this I thought I won but you did. Well done.

Hi Puma

Tie on an individual fixture doesn't matter - the pool head-to-heads are based on the total error over three fixtures. If that is tied, then 2 points each. In any case the pool-based stuff is just for fun in this case, the master league table is based on all predictions and that decides which (players) charity gets the donation.

Ok Easyray. I'm going to give you the chance (in our head-to-head fixture) to play tactically by showing you my hand first.

Scotland look to be a gritty team who know how to play the percentages against a team of classically flaky Frenchmen. However Finn Russell will be a big miss as he's been bang on form not to mention Hogg out as well so France with home advantage gives them the win (and I would think just enough to pass the bookies 'cap of -6.

Ireland will keep the hammer down against the hapless Italians and try and get some points difference on the board in case it counts in the final table.

Wales / England is the fascinating one and undoubtedly the game of the weekend. I was there for England's grand slam day in 2013 when we were humiliated 30 - 3 so never underestimate those leek- wearing, goat-parading, Tom Jones-singing, Brains-drinking bastards. Especially in the (fantastic) Millenium stadium which is worth at least 6 points head start to them.
I want revenge and I feel like this is the England team to do it. Going out on a limb with this one to try and separate myself from the crowd and climb our little competition league table.

Nice France win to land my first bet of the day at -6 on the handicap.
Until the last bonus point try they would have won by 10 - a point away from my prediction of 9.
I'm losing my touch !

Need a total point score of over 41.5 in the Wales / England game to bring home my other bet.

COME ON !

I woke up this morning with an awful feeling of forbodment.
I put it down to the fear of being in Wales (like 2013))
No such thing as 'deja vu'
This team in This year would exercise any ghosts and both give me the belief of Impending workd donination plus a few quid in to the bargain !

I'm currently dreaming up coping strategies Not angry. More bewildered !

Sheesh ! Sport eh !

Ireland's nervy showing today and yesterdays win for Wales were not widely predicted, so no really outstanding performers this week, although tcc_dc did pretty respectably with errors of 2, 6 and 13 in the three games.
