I predict some kicks, and some hairy arsed heavy people running hard and straight.

Nope, we are nervous about this one. We know Wales at home are very hard to beat

Understandable, for a change.
Personally, i think either one team or the other will win it.

No mask here, always get very nervous watching England teams of any stripe - there's always a good chance of a 'batting collapse' striking at any time

Nah - according to your coach Wales are 'poles apart' from where England are.

I would go so far as
A surprised feeling that we might give Wales a game this time round

Looking forward to it, may not feel the same immediately before kick off

No refs for this game apparently - could get a bit spicy. The English bird is a solid 7 if you live in Newcastle. The Welsh bird is not from Wales surely?

And the bookies. England are very strong, odd-on favourites for this one. I don't know whether it's that unlikely that Wales will win, but after two such shambolic games it's hard to have much faith in them completely turning their game around.

Took a look at the odds this morning and England were slight favourites - no real value in backing either side 8/5 vs 8/13 IIRC

Oddschecker tells me that England are close to 2/1 on with most bookies. I wouldn't say that's "slight".

Let's hope that 2 very unconvincing victories are all radar dodging tactics by Gatland.

They're on a run of 11 consecutive wins and playing England - they'll be up for it. Worse Welsh sides have beaten better English sides than this.

Probably the victory with the solitary Ieuan try in 93, when Crickhowell's son Dewi Morriss's try was disallowed (for England, BTW - don't be fooled by the name or place of birth)

I don't think it's a mask of humility, just an awareness that in the last two games England have taken advantage of weaknesses in their opponents game that aren't necessarily their in the Welsh game; the Welsh back three isn't as toilet as the French, and they'll kick better than Sexton/Murray did in Dublin.

I also think the English attack didn't look great once it had to start going through the phases - it all became a little aimless & side to side.

The betting markets reflect the money, so I've got no doubt there's plenty of money going on England, but in reality I think it could go either way.

edit: Holy mother of fudge, could you post a bigger picture please?

That's a pretty fair assessment. I just don't know whether Wales are capable of lifting their game to the kind of intensity required to beat England. So far we've only come close to that for 30min of the second half in Paris, and the rest has been an absolute aimless shambles.

Sickening form from the Tarquins, the level of faux mockers makes we want to puke.
England have vast monetary and player resources, the envy of the World.
It's like a hydra where players are concerned lose a couple of heads and even more sprout to replace them.
I'm backing England for the 6N, they have been impervious thus far.
Even Globus would have watched the games from the comfort of his sofa with G&T in hand and a vast array of Cheroots for an after match smoke and Cognac.
True, except that Globus gave up spirits years ago - he's a winer now. (whiner or winner?)

Can't see how we win tbh.

We will lose the gain line battle all day long unless England lose Billy and half of their lack in the next 2 weeks and we no longer have the ability to run round teams.

Plus England have the best winger in the world. Great under the high ball, solid defender, searing pace and an excellent finisher. Only going one way I'm afraid

Ok, genuine opinion time rather than mocker god BS.

We have momentum, our last couple of games have shown some great performances and we're ranked higher. The weight of expectation is definitely on our shoulders with the media and, I suspect, within camp.

This feels remarkably like the scenario we encountered in reverse in Ireland. Whilst England weren't completely written off, it was close. I think a few pundits were like, "England have a chance" but it wasn't much more generous than a crumb off the table.

What we do know is that Wales can always dig it out of the bag against us and will invariably play better than maybe trends otherwise suggest. Also, it's at home for them, which unlike for some of the SH teams, hasn't exactly been a great hunting ground for us over the years. And even against them, they've been winning in the AIs just there.

If we play to our ability - and we're allowed to play to our ability - I think we've shown we should do enough to win. But will the demonstration of our pretty consistent tactics in two games give Wales enough material to plan to counter it successfully?

I'm deeply nervous about this game - far more than I was for the France game, because I genuinely believed we would find a way over the 80, to win no matter how France played (or how well they might play at certain times in the match). I can't say that if Wales play a smart, tactical game. Gatland proved for the Lions he can deliver a result which was massively against the odds...

It should be a cracking game and highlights why the 6N is just so brilliant. You simply can't write off any of the top 4-5 teams when they play each other!

I think we’re quite reserved considering our team being the best Welsh team EVER. I thought there would be more of joining the board to share in the inevitable jubilation.
