Local derby - Westmanstown v Barnhall up on that cabbage patch of yours by HP.
There's going to be a serious score to settle. :x

Granted, it's an U7 minis game but hey...
6 years ago I got involved in Barnhall, knowing this day would come....

Finally... it ends..... two men enter only one man leaves.
Leinsterman should bring a shotgun or go for the knees :P

I am sure this will be epic...
Guinness in hand screeming at the ref type of epic

I've not seen them play because of the thirty thirds games being on at the same time.

Our DOR of the last 10 years has gone back to SA.
Our 9 who you probably remember has moved on also.

Aside from that we brought in the Crescent coach who won every game last year and maybe it's taking time to bed down but it needs to turn and turn quickly.

Very Nordie heavy division alright.

But good to see their clubs no longer in freefall

I'd expect Ballymena to really struggle this year. Could be a fight between them and Armagh as to who is bottom.

Looks like trinity will be in a relegation battle all season. I don't know any of the players, they lost a massive amount of experience from the last two seasons.

After so many years in the wilderness just glad we are 'competitive' again. Still was gutting when Mick McGrath went over.

So long as we beat Garryowen.

Real tough one to take.... first two games

Lansdowne away...didn't show up. Fair enough

Clontarf at home.... they are just ridiculously strong. Beat blackrock by 80 last week..

But honestly, even thought we've lost our 8 to badly broken arm was confident. We started so well but couldn't covert pressure.

Honestly they got Into our 22 like 5/6 times and got 4 tries and a penalty. We spent ages down there just lack of composure.
Finished 31-22

Made mince meat of their scrum, not sure I've see one as dominant at that level ... just lack of experience I guess. Disappointing but stepped up performance. Just can't turn off at this level.

PD was excellent as usual. Scrum cap on and all!

Heard he was good alright. That must be a try a game. Hear DS did well when he came on too. I hope to get to one of their games soon.

We made very hard work of it.
Ye should be grand. Tullamore will be rejoining the junior ranks while I'd fancy ye to get past Thomond, Seapoint and Derry.

Surprised considering our coaching staff at how naïve we are.

It's great that we run everything but sometimes you have to play the fúcking conditions.

Best start to a season in years. Really good vibe about the place at the moment.
Heard your 20’s should have beaten Nure.

DS did well, short of match fitness.

We play UCD this weekend - but Blackrock at home the following weekend (the 11th) prob the best one to catch.

Not surprising as he hasn't done anything since April. He's a fine player.

Has played a few pre season games to be fair - but we are taking our time with him too. Obvious reasons.

I know he is 20s next year too but wouldnt be surprised to see PD involved with our 1s - just for training and experience - sooner rather than later.

Could very much do with backing that win up.

Hopefully the lads will have their dander back up someway.

I've heard Midleton are good - making a right crack at it this year. Got some good lads in from Waterpark and Dolphin.
