Congrats Leinster, still one of the best teams in Europe.

Good season for Glasgow, played some very good rugby in the league and Europe.

Have to say well done Leinster and be magnanimous in defeat. They did deserve it.

If Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh we’re winning things playing like this I’d be pretty content I guess. But as an opposition, fudge me its dull, just dreadful rugby. But they are excellent at it, no question.

My only consolation is that if Ireland stick with Sexton and play like that at the WC I think we will beat them, and even if we don’t they have zero chance of going past the QF. Again.

But, fair play, great game, good win, we’ll done.

I haven't seen Leinster play that tight/negative that I can remember.
Usually their phase ball is a bit more exciting than that passage at the end. I'd imagine fatigue of 3 consecutive KO matches played a part.

Agreed on your Sexton comment.

three reasons Glasgow lost: Hastings, Owens and ... Rennie -> why not start Kebble and sub all backrow(bar Fagerson) sooner??? And Hastings is slow making his mind...
Also was woindering why Glasgow got so passive in their own 22? Blitzin in middle of the field and waiting in 22...

Also on Glasgow.

Matt Fagerson is a very good player.

Ought to be Scotland's starting 8.

Every time Leinster win something it doesn't feel like they won anything because it's so routine.

Anyone else agree?

Nothing routine about that ..... Glasgow are serious side and upped their performance 50% from their match against sarries

Delighted to get over the line there tbh

Quite right, another reason to tip the hat is the number of big games they have had recently.

It was peak Munster 2008 at the end there. Leinster carrier with a man on each shoulder to immediately seal the ruck once the carrier went to ground. Extremely smart play.

Not sure if Leinster would have won vs Saracens but they would have attempetd the strangle against them if they had gone in at half time seven points ahead, reckon they could have pulled it off.

We can probably stop talking about that Munster team now, it's all getting a little needy.

This current Leinster team is better, we don't need to keep comparing them to a team from 10+ years ago every time they stick it up the jumper.

It's a comment about the style of rugby played at the end. It was pick-and-goes with a man on each shoulder to seal the ruck. Literally from the playbook of that team.

Yeah, no one ever stuck it up the jumper with a few minutes left, before Munster pioneered that ground breaking innovation
