https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/0 ... -dye-hair/

"Japanese school rules that force children to dye their hair black so they fit in with their classmates are facing a growing backlash, fuelled by a viral video campaign and a fast-growing petition.

Some 60 per cent of public schools in Japan require that all pupils submit a document called Natural Hair Certification, which confirms the natural colour and degree of curliness of their hair."

With many Pacific Islanders playing rugby in Japan, how do their kids fit into this?

In the UK many parents go mental over dress codes at schools, ie skirts an inch too short, weird buzz cuts for boys, trainers etc imagine if all kids had to have the same hair colour?
Ha! imagine Scotland, all the kids could have ginger hair.

Fark that, forcing kids to dye their hair? Well at last most pacific islanders have dark hair, though theres a few of us who have lighter hair especially when we are younger I started life as a blonde, and I have relatives who are 100% polynesian/melanesian and who have blonde/brassy coloured hair as their natural hair color.

If you where refering to the hair straightening lol, it woudl be really really hard for some of the kids especially the melanesian ones.

That's nothing.
There are publicly funded schools in England that can legally turn down an application for a place because the parents don't think correctly ie don't believe in the right gods and antigods.

I wouldn't say 'strange', more 'different' if anything.
If you like to live by a sense of order and have no problem obeying the rules then it's a fine place. If you want to be a jack the lad and a rebel, then fcuk off elsewhere.

Try efukt or ogrish or bestgore
Or just let google Japan porn eel shooter or japan porn octopus - am sure you will find it easily enough

The eel one was where some Japanese lady fires lots of live eels out of her glovebox whilst in a bath.

“Japornopus” - amazing.

Love Japan, what a brilliant place. The Japanese I’ve spoken to about it are very damning about the social pressures on the youth, which sound suffocating and pretty unbearable but invisible to outside eyes. Everything else is amazing/crazy/wonderful.

The Japanese have got it right

It is all about discipline people

If you are old enough to go to school, you are old enough to follow a few good old fashioned, old school rules.

Dye your hair, bow to your teacher, don't look any adult in the eye and stfu.

Makes a man out of you

Do Pacific Islanders also have to chop off a 3-4 inches off their willies..... to be similar to their classmates as well....?

From the sample group of around four guys that I spoke with - individually, they all expressed the same sentiment when I told them how amazing I thought Japan was - pressures from parents to get good grades, good jobs, fit in to society and be like everyone else.

Japanese probably think Americans are weird. Pixel out the pubes but show heads getting blown off in graphic detail.

You could it trace it back to Marilyn Monroe

Or auburn or other shades of red. My bro-in-law once remarked in shock and wonder that he'd spotted a lass in Brissie he was sure was Japanese but with black hair.

No. I'm asking why schools would need their children to provide a hair certificate and force them to die their hair black?

Are they worried that the students will all turn up looking like, as the example you gave, Marilyn Monroe?

You've lived there, so maybe their logic makes sense to you, but I am perplexed about their reasoning. So just asking.

Japanese public schools are completely secular and I had always believed that was the case in the UK too

As a general rule kids take a photo from when they were young to show their natural hair, thens it’s sweet as. Only the kids who dye their hair have to dye it back, usually there is a can of dye in the teachers rooms for this very occasion.
I have 2 kids in my class who have brown hair, both brought pictures, school said no worries, move on.

Nope. And there is a push from the current idiot in charge to build more.

I’m a PI, my kid fits in just fine. Of course there’s cases of them not, but this “no one can fit in” bollocks is a bit OTT. I’ve taught a shit ton of kids with mixed family backgrounds and I only know of 1 kid who was bullied pretty bad.
