Congrats Bulls. The Lions' predictable and one-dimensional attack struggled with their rush defence

Dunno who watched the Bulls vs Lions match on the weekend. The Bulls gameplan was pretty much the same to what the Wallabies used against the All Blacks. Keeping possession ment the Lions just could not get enough ball to take to them. Thats why it was quite frustrating watching Faf keep on kick that box kicks time after time. The Bulls really played well and hacve some very good finishers in their two wings and midfield. Libbok is also very dangerous, he keep on improving and will be a very good 10 next season.

Best game I’ve seen Libbok play for the Bulls.

Been a huge liability in some of the Super Rugby games, but was very impressive this weekend. Hopefully he will gain some confidence from the outing

I really hope Rosko Specman kicks on in 15 man rugby. I know he's small but he's also fearless and can tackle. And man is he dangerous.

Kotze and Sage looked very good. I have always rated them, Cornel is class. The Bulls surely have the best cc backline. I think they still have a chance and surely will be a favourate if the past ccs is a measurement. Home ground means nothing in this competition due to the lack of attendences

Has your question been answered?

I think so. The Falcons took a bit of towelling here in Perth with an 8-try margin over 70 minutes.

Now obviously that's not a 100-point flogging! I undertand it, though, the Force played the Valke 1sts and Hags XV played their 2nds.

The Force level these days is top half of NRC only.

I suppose Hags XV is something like Argentina B/C - no suprises them flaying a Valke B team.

Amirite?

Bulls are finished for this year's CC. WP and Sharks to contest the final.

Righto mate. To be clear, I did not report behind the scenes.

I slammed your quote direct in a post.

That's how I roll and would do the same again. The police picked out your quote later.

Bully is not my thing. Like some others, I could probably do so - but it would require an increase in cuntiness and that's not for me. So I limit my banter behind the line.

This was the lineup of Jaguares XV against Valke:
1- Nicolás Solveyra; 2- Leonel Oviedo; 3- Martín Fernández Segurotti; 4- Jerónimo Ureta; 5- Ignacio Calas; 6- Francisco Gorrisen (c); 7- Lautaro Bávaro ; 8- Rodrigo Bruni; 9- Gregorio Del Prete; 10- Domingo Miotti; 11. Julián Domínguez; 12- Juan Cruz Mallía; 13- Agustín Segura; 14- Bautista Delguy; 15- Santiago Carreras

Suplentes: 16- Pablo Dimcheff; 17- Rodrigo Martínez; 18- Lucio Sordoni; 19- Santiago Portillo; 20-Santiago Montagner; 21-Ignacio Inchauspe ; 22- Ignacio Inchauspe.

Players in bold are the ones who've had minutes with Jaguares.

Delguy is the only one with realistic chances to make the RWC squad, and he is currently playing here because he is returning from a long term injury and the staff is trying to give him as much playing time as possible.

Miotti has been the only "regular" with the SR Jaguares, but his chances to make the RWC squad are close to zero, with Sanchez, Urdapilleta and Díaz Bonilla ahead of him as FH choices.

Mallía and Bruni migh be outsiders, but them being in SA and not with the Pumas squad speaks volumes about their chances.

Rest of the guys are either capped at South American Championship matches or straight from U-20s

Even if they are all club level players, they are in the national training squads, and many of them have been since U-16s...

All of the starting players have S rugby experience if I am not mistaken?

Agteros is an ox that's always at the rear of a herd. If some one calls you an agteros it means that you are always last/late.

What? Specman's defense is worse than Bosch. He is also starting to knock on regulation passes. Needs to sharpen up a lot just to stay in the CC team.
