They seem to have really collectively shit the bed this week.. the Sun running the Stokes story, revealing his HIV to Algie’s parents, the Guardian calling Cameron’s child’s death ‘privileged pain and now the Daily Record is behaving like a cnut breaking news to Michael Mol of his mates death and filming it. Is there something in the air down on Fleet Street?

The Press Council defended the Freedom of the Press publicly today, specifically mentioning the Sun's Stokes article. They claim to be concerned about knee jerk law changes.

They don't understand, I don't want Press Freedom curtailed, like every other 'right thinking' person I just want the Sun shut down and it's owners/editors & journos jailed ;)

Oh, just fúck off, it was clear what I meant.

You're beyond parody. 'Laura' is not about the only journalist openly hostile to the tories as you well know.

But there you go, winning the internet in your own head again.

What was I even defending that was so bad ? You had your little weird rant but it makes no sense. You don’t even realise the extreme left have been after Laura K for a while now.

There you go shouting about stuff like a pub drunk again.

Wtf????

And you say other people make no sense!!

You stated that laura was almost the only journalist not openly hostile against the tories.

This is palpably and demonstrably bollocks.

You then claim I've gone on a weird rand and go off a thinly veiled ad hominem attack.

He wasn't.

Boris was the one miked up for the BBC camera following him.

He was the worried father of a sick kid in the hospital, and deserves better than to be thrown to the twittosphere by a supposedly responsible journo.

I used exaggeration to make a point regarding the stupid point about Laura K being on this thread and you go pedantic on there being other non hostile journalists.... f uck me this ain’t my issue,

It wasn’t thinly veiled, you get back a small bit of what you give out and squeal .

It was guido Fawkes that made the revelation not Laura K. She has become something of a hate figure on Twitter for certain Corbyn supporters and Remainers.

He was on twitter himself bragging about the incident as an activist The responsible journalist pointed out the bias of the heckler by pointing this out.

The fact he was and still is on some sites being presented as an ordinary member of the public is the disgrace.

Labour activist heckles Tory PM. It’s not really news is it.

What fúcking planet are you on. The mans child was a patient in that ward ( the best ward in whatever hovel of a hospital it was...his words not mine ) and Johnson arrived in. How in the name of Christ would he have been 'miked up' ?

To be fair to bimbo. The press was clearly not present at the hospital and Boris just forgot about his microphone and was only visiting due to his massive concern about showing his compassion for others to be fully covered by the press that wasn't there. In future they should clear the area/ward of parents, patients and doctors who are the wrong types. Whipps cross is in no way underfunded and understaffed apart from the reports in the press in 2015/2016 and the government at the time was not one in which pm was part of.

Its reasonable to mention he is a Labour party activist IMO...it doesn't take away from the validity of him being an angry farther.

How you provide the info is at least as important as the info you provide.

Two different headlines, both completely accurate:

"Father of sick child argues with PM"

"Labour party activist heckles PM"
.
In this case being a party activist is secondary to the actual event, but you wouldn't know it based on some media reports

What does "labour party activist" actually mean ?

Member of the Labour Party ?

Once worked for a Labour MP ?

There's nothing sinister about either of those activities.
