Kwagga coming on at 55min against tiring opposition was the most potent weapon the Boks had at the RWC. He was absolutely unplayable.

I remember that, that they only announced shortly prior to the fixture. Jacques also mentiones, that the constant changing of the squad also makes them less predicable and harder to analyze, which is exactly what they intend by that

Physically: Wales 2019 - bogey team, no gameplan other that "f*ck em up physically"
Emotionally: France 2023 - host nation, 1 week of La Marseillaise during training
