Re: NZ Politics Thread

Yeah it is a shame. The fruit picking industry was counting on all those former drug dealing gang members applying for jobs once weed was legalized. Not like they could have just upped the pushing of P onto the younger generation to replace their lost income. I am sure or those police hours and mone...

Yep Aussie looking good. They are doing well in the collisions winning as many as they are losing and it is pretty even at the moment. Way better than they normally go on Eden Park so they are a real chance here. What year was it 1986?

Nail Kelvin Davies to the stake if that makes you feel better but I doubt he is going anywhere. As Dark endless points out 'Ms Ardern' doesn't roll that way.

Besides Labour needs a new Trevor Mallard to deal with the likes of Gerry and Nick, you know those guys who always take the moral highground.

They must have felt pretty smart after it worked against SA in the pool stages and then thrashing a sub par Ireland but the same failing of so many NZ coaches at WC's 1991-2007 the appreciation that WC knockout rugby is a different beast to other test rugby caught them in the semi against England. That is not what NZR is saying at all. They want 3 Australian teams in the competition. Its what the ARU is threatening and fans asserting with a swagger but so far it is all talk and bluster which is getting a bit tiresome.
