Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Henderson, Stewart, Timoney and Stockdale all return to Ulster training ahead of Ospreys game. Important to have Henderson back with injuries to Treads and Al. Hopefully him and Sheridan in the row. Wonder will they start Doak at 10 ahead of Burns. You’d imagine if they viewed him as a 10 next seas...

He's a clear poach. He was poached from the Brumbies FFS.
Brumbies weren’t offering him a contract, he fell in with the Connacht coaches mate in a pub, who passed on his contact details to Connacht.

Hardly a poach.

Stop comparing Casey to one of the greatest to ever play the game. Very unfair on both!!!

He’s closer to Paul Marshall, than Smith. He’s also got two of the shortest legs you’ll anywhere.

Italy were so bad yesterday though, one of the worst six nations performances in recent years. Their lineout and scrum a shambles and could barely go past first phase without knocking the ball on.

Some observations The scrum was very good. Bealham surely deserves a start. Casey didn't have as bad a game as people make out but he could have been better. he must speed it up a bit. There was too much organising going on which allowed the Italian defence get organised. JGP plays much quicker. If...
