Re: The Reform Party UK
The tories are expected to drop to around 100 seats based on current polling https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/homepage.html https://electionmaps.uk/nowcast This is not just an SNP thing. Tories will probably scratch back to 150. Hopefully the party splits then. No chance of that. Reform doesn't ...

Re: Heineken cup Semi Final 1- Leinster vs Northampton
Mr. Raynal did well yesterday. Sketchy at the breakdown and missed a good couple of blatant fwd passes- but that's standard Raynal to be fair, he doesn't ruin a game. Yep, he certainly didn't cost Saints the match. Their shit awful first 30 minutes worth of mistakes and unforced errors did that.

Re: Heineken cup Semi Final 1- Leinster vs Northampton
Alas, Leinster by a lot I fear. Hope not. I hope Saints can put up a good fight. Normally I'd support Leinster but I quite like how Northampton play and they are big underdogs so I'm going to bed neutral in this game. I stii recall the horror of Saints being 22 points up against Leinster in the 201...

Re: 2023/2024 European Champions Cup
They can and have done it this season. But not against what is basically an international side. I can only see this going one way. Yep. Saints have had a good run. Saints defence has come on leaps and bounds over the course of this season, from the shambles against Ealing where an extremely young g...

Re: 2023/2024 European Champions Cup
Saints defence would be a worry for me. They shipped points against a largely scratch side whenever heavy traffic started hitting their line. Even Munster managed to get some joy out of them with a fairly limited attack. I think Leinster will look to bully them up front with lots of energy sapping ...

Re: Britain in recession - so much winning by Tories
Anyone see what Lindsay Hoyle did today? Instead of putting the SNP vote forward which would have put Keir and labour in a tricky position, he allowed both labour to put forward an ammendment on a motion from the SNP who are another opposition party so there would be no labour rebellion. Tories and...

If I were in Scabnose's shoes, I'd have a massive clearout, similar to what Gatland did last year. After the RWC this 6N is basically a free hit-out for him. He's not going to get sacked for winning two games, and can point to progress by bringing in some youngsters. There are enough players puttin...

When in the last decade have Bath not had a "decent clearout" at the end of any season? Transfer roulette. They'll be shit again next season. And even fewer players from the academy. Why will they? Because they change their squad so much every year. The roulette wheel has looked favourably on them ...

Another Falcons youngster off elsewhere. Good signing for Bath Barf are going to need to have a pretty decent clearout at the end of this season if they want to stay below the cap. Another Falcons youngster off elsewhere. The 20-year-old rejected a new deal that would have made him one of the best-...

He's just not a leader. There's no vision or direction. 'We're just thinking about the next game' is a cliche for most people, but for Borthwick the short-term is everything. Ticket price argument doesn’t really stand up as the problem. England football friendly rickets start at£110 and climb rapidly.
