Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
Think it might have been quashed now anyway. Although Jamie Gibson has see definitely left , seemingly without a club lined up. Sign of the times I guess, that someone like him isn't walking straight into a new gig. Blimey!! Good player, amazed he hasn't been snapped up elsewhere He just announced ...

Saw him the other day when I was out for a walk and he did look his age.
He lives and owns a pub in the Limehouse area of London.

Google chromecast and Now TV works like a dream.
Most players work much better through the chromecast than using the smart tv apps in my experience.

Born in Watford and a rugby mad kid, no real surprise that I became a Sarries fan at a young age. Showing my (relative) youth, I remember vividly the first time my old man took me to a game, to find Michael Lynagh apologetically giving out programmes, the game having been cancelled due to Princess ...

Tigers attacking pattern with Ford playing the ball so far out the back is just putting the team under so much pressure. They are losing 10 meters or more on some phases. I understand they want to use Ford and Toomua to get outside Racing but they need to get over the gain line first. It annoyed me ...

I always assumed he was a good guy, simply because you didn't hear anything bad about him and he seemed to always give his best on the pitch. However, reading that article he sounds like a bit of a plum.

I think during the SA series we really missed some of our experienced players in the pack. The likes of Hartley, Cole, Lawes, Haskell were sorely missed for their leadership, the amount of work they get through, carrying and rucking. Also to an extent Marler who showed in the 3rd test what he brings...

Mallinder and West did a fine job with the RFU's National Academy and then got moved up together to the Saxons. Lets see how it pans out on senior rugby.
Zach Mercer was absolutely ripping it up in the u20s with his pace, power and footwork. Now in the seniors he is seen as being too lightweight for international rugby.

Can see why he has selected Brown on the wing. Eddie wants to give Daly a run at 15 but I suspect SA are going to put up loads of bombs. Hence, having Brown on the wing to act as a second fullback fielding high balls rather than Solomona. I don't agree with it though, if he is concerned about high b...

Fair play to Froome going solo from that far out and taking risks on the descent. Can he hang on?
