I'd take local Otago Tomkinson over Tei Walden, he's developed quite the cult following for such a very ordinary player. New Plymouth doesn't have a functioning stadium so that rules out that backwater A provincial population a little over Southland with no other major population centres nearby that don't already have franchises etc. You'd have to go Tauranga with its rapidly growing population and...
