When I started working it was 70-80 hours a week. Now I've moved international and into middle leadership and it's 40-50 a week. I've definitely stopped saying yes to everything and started saying its as good as the time you've given me allows it to be.

I'm a teacher BTW.

Unrugbylike behaviour is a straight red and 10 weeks off. Solely at the refs discretion, no cutting panel. Examples include backchat, diving, stupid over the top celebrations, being Welsh, etc.

Ollie Devoto was underrated and should have been first choice for England.
