Damn, the inevetable attempt at criticising it for some not woke enough angle, has become lazy and poorly reserached and edited: https://twitter.com/Variety/status/1772715148471423256 This sort of bollocks seems to be dying out slowly, finally. Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby
I dunno, I feel like FG are in for a bit of a kicking between established TDs retiring and then the usual stuff. Needless to say, a huge amount depends on what happens between now and the GE. A big bad news story, "scandal" etc, and it's goodnight Irene. If things get consistently better and SF don...

They should run one of them instead of Madigan. Fine Gael not having a seat in the DBS constituency is mental and splitting their vote is not smart. That would split their vote in Dublin Rathdown though. Are they more likely to return two there than in DBS? 2020 they got 2/3 seats off 31% in DR and...

You are correct regarding the health service. Why is it that we cannot seem to produce enough doctors, nurses and other health professionals to meet our own requirements given that those should be relatively attractive jobs? They're hard jobs, aren't they? Pay is internationally very competitive bu...

I've no time for Trump but then I've none for Biden either. I'm also unconvinced that immigration is a net good. Countries tend to get large scale immigration once they are already successful. The total pie may get bigger with immigration but there are a lot more mouths wanting a piece. I recall no...

Josepha Madigan the next one to announce she wont seek re-election. Although could be a hissy over not getting the European nod He'll be doing a reshuffle and will be giving all the leavers the boot. Should see another couple go over the next two weeks. Will they make it to half the party, I wonder?

Patrick O'Donovan goes for Harris. That's pretty significant. He's not a Simon Harris kind of guy. He's rural and conservative. It might actually be done. Ugh.

If there is going to be a contest within FG then we'll have a situation where, because of the rules around weighting, the parliamentary party are basically able to choose the next leader even though roughly 1/3 of them have no intention of running for office again.

Over looking Schoeman is amiss. He was dominant in 4 of 5. Certainly would have him as my tight head. Porter too many penalties to make that list and that's not counting the 4 or 5 more he should have been given. Lowe doesn't make the list. He was average in some games this 6N. Not his usual. Garbi...

How did people feel Larmour did? I thought he played as expected. He's 5th(?) choice in the back three, and is not a FB. Great to win the championship. 2 in a row and next year we've England and France at home. The team looked well off though. Last game against England last year was the same and looked dodgy until the Englush got the red. The championship is long and I would agree that there should be more rotation. ...

This is worse because all the way through the 90s Wales could count on Ireland to be just as shit as they were. Now they have to be shit all on their own. For the foreseeable.

I don't know if McCarthy is well able to play 80, he's been subbed in every match so far and been shattered when doing so and Bierne was knackered in the last 20 last week. I don't think it's favouritism, Farrell wants Baird's pace. I think it's a huge risk to have a guy who hasn't barely played secondrow in 2 years covering it from the bench, especially as if he comes on for McCarthy we have a very light secondrow. I also think it's harsh and Hendy really stood up at...

Ah come on. Of course this reflects badly on the government. It's their amendment. I'm pretty sympathetic to the Greens and I think they're no less competent than anyone else but they're being made to look pretty inept by the events of the past couple of weeks.
