Deadlifts today - pulled 232.5 (98% of my 1rm) and then 4x3 at 210. Some deficit deads 4x6 @ 150 and single arm DB rows (4x5 @ 54) as accessories. Hands are absolutely shredded from aggressive knurling on a new bar.
