Back after a 2 month summer layoff, starting a 531 cycle with Boring but Big. Squatted on Tuesday, still can't walk properly. Only worked up to 80kg x 6 :lol:

Hackney Half Marathon tomorrow, not too much training in the last few weeks (furthest run was about 13km) so I'm slightly bricking it. Hopefully get sub 2h.

Protip: If you forget your barcode but want to know your time, just memorise your token number and look it up later when results get posted. It won't show up on your record, but at least you'll know what time you got.
