Re: Prince Philip RIP.
Prince Phillip was by far the best royal. He was kind of like that dottering old grandmother we all had, who kept saying inappropriate, racist things, and we’d have to explain it away that she comes from a different generation, where people weren’t as aware. But he was quite funny. Yeah, even dodde...

Ah would you go away with the distance thing. We get slammed by duty here. Easy to compare the prices of a bother in Tesco here and the UK to see them price differential. You have to be in the humour for a barolo, big wine I think it's more a case that most taste tests among joe soaps show a preference for wines of a certain range. Re: The enormity of the Democrats' US Election crime
I might note that years ago, when I was even more pedantic and socially awkward than I am now, my response to, "how are you doing?" Would have been, "how am I doing what?" Sadly, there’s less and less people that can speak properly now. Would that be "fewer and fewer people" or are you taking the w...

I watched the Georgia hearing today. Very informative on how the whole process work. Trump endorsed the event on twitter but I think he'll regret that.

Re: 59th U.S. Presidential Election-November 3rd, 2020
The American people were offered a choice between a leftist, Corbynesque style party led by a fundamentally decent moderate against the GOP, a dog wagged by a despotic tail. Amazingly, they may have managed to make a good choice in rejecting elements of both. The despot will be back in 2024. He will...

Can Dadhjng Williboughby and Twilight Payment beat the other two? They will both get 2M . The doubt is around their ability to turn in their best running far from home. Tigermoth and Sir Dragonet are better horses ratings wise. The latter in particular. But assuming they can get 2M comes with a risk...

Ill give you the Irish perspective. Sir Dragonet is the best. Generally better with a bit of juice in the ground though. Tigermoth might stay but we don't know. Twilight Payment is a little overpriced. Has run well up here this year. Dashing Williboughby is overpriced at 100 if he comes back to his ...

Ive found the whole science of polling much more interesting than I thought it would be. You either believe there is a shy Trump voter or you have to be its curtains for the Donald. It's got a 200m market on betfair alone and could hit 500m. To put that in context, 13m is the record on betfair for a horserace.

Re: POTUS-DONALD TRUMP-and U.S. Politics catch-all
All this discussion is for nothing. People are behaving like this election could go either way. This is purely based on some people expecting lightning to strike twice. Biden is 1/2 and he should be closer to 1/9. I forecast he could probably lose pensylvania and florida and still find a path to 270...
