Re: All Blacks 2024

Caleb Clarke's publicist deserves a raise. The amount of media coverage his training stint with South Sydney is getting is insane. Who cares? Still, I guess it's taking the NZ Rugby media's focus off Beauden Barrett's performances in Japan. Is BB shitting the futon? I haven't watched any rugby sinc...

Waking from a nap with a decent semi.

Being mid 60ish, probably the former is more reassuring because I've known a few people who've 'slipped away' while having a wee snooze.

The latter is just a bonus.

It is a shame more of them aren’t as forthright about it and seek help. Does Wellington have a beltway? I was genuinely surprised when I first got to Wellington 20+ odd years ago and found they had motorways. Anyway, it’s an Americanism that has seeped into the political commentariat. The absence o...

“Get a life, get a Minicall” was definitely an early to mid-90s ad campaign. Someone would still get funny looks if they pulled out a mobile phone in the pub when I started college in 96. If reports are half true, Luxon is taking a proper beating from his more experienced cohorts. Hopefully the learning curve doesn't hold us all back too much. Very unlikely as it just rewards Russian aggression. It does. But there is a sense that the focus has shifted now and interest is certainly waning with this stalemate. It'll be interesting to see if Labour go for a Tāmaki Makaurau recount. This was a recount, is there even a provision ...

PSDT was immense and probably left a few All Blacks with PTSD.

From what I'm seeing, most of the Kiwis on here aren't blaming the laws. I think all anyone wants is for them to be applied consistently - and that's a general comment, not just specific to the final.
