Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

The Brits don't see us as a lot different to them. We're like the black sheep but still kin. We as Irish tend to overplay our differences with the Brits, while they tend to underplay them. Truth is in between. We're different but not as much as we think. We have always found the Irish a bit odd. Th...

If you're having lower back issues this could be from weak or inactive glutes caused by sitting down a lot.

Do a program of glute bridges to get them working and then strengthen them with either or all of single leg bridges, banded bridges, and squats.

I think sometimes there's an unrealistic idea of what can be achieved which feeds into it. Zero Covid is a good idea but it couldn't be achieved here due to the border. So the people who didn't achieve it are all bad and the people who said it couldn't be done are also all bad. The people who said w...

Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

There would have been support for the restrictions because
a) there was going to be a spike in the case numbers Omicron or not because of Christmas
b) it was unknown how Omicron would affect people and hospitals.

So we're now into the period were we'll find out the above.

There's going to be a big increase in cases and there always was, Omicron or not.

It's whether the increase corresponds to in increase in people in hospital which is the question.
