Would Vern accept an assistant role? Joseph now he’s back with the Clan? I expect Razor will get a babysitter a la Schmidt/Fozzie. Still feels like this coaching ticket lacks international experience. Well JJ was applied for head coaching job, so rule him out. On the coaching group lacking internat...

Re: All Blacks 2025

Speaking of our tight five, I don’t understand how Holland went from being our best tight forward in the opening tests of the year to the bench for this.

Holland/Barrett/Vaii was working.

I also think we’re missing Aumua more than we’ve given credit for.

Very disappointing result. Hopefully NZR uses this loss as a catalyst to finally rethink our amateur-era eligibility rules. Can you imagine if the Springboks adopted our outdated eligibility rules? They wouldn't be competitive with anyone. They've moved with the times, whereas we have stubbornly re...

Before the game I thought Razor had selected the best possible team. I’m not so sure of that now. The one player who more than anyone does not seem to belong is McAlister. That’s the second game he’s been part of an absolutely catastrophically malfunctioning lineout. The All Blacks are at their abs...

Dare I say it…..too few Blues? Nah. Just completely ignore like 1/3 of the country, she’ll be right. In saying that, having Christie and Beauden pinned in their own half for most of a match felt very familiar as a Blues supporter. We’re not even selecting your best 10! Is Perofeta still hurt??

4. Barrett
5. Holland
6. Vaii
7. Ardie
8. Parker

20. Sititi

Thoughts? Bit of second season syndrome? Blasphemy?

It still feels like we lack size with Ardie/Sititi in the same loose trio.
