Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread
Anyone else heard of Shane Lewis-Hughes to Scarlets? No but not surprising, he’s been way out of favour for unknown reasons, same for Owen lane and I’d expect both to be gone, both more than good enough to be starters elsewhere. SLH, is a significantly better 6 than Mann and has been poorly managed...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread
I've heard a rumour they are all backrow players - Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Basham, Sneezy and Dopey, with Rod Snow White being the new forwards coach. Quite feasible with Welsh rugby these days.

I'm actually very surprised to learn that the population ratio is that low. Good point about the advantages of defence over attack also. However, starting from here, victory for Russia requires little more than consolidation of the territory it's already taken whereas victory for Ukraine requires e...

Re: Banning smoking - does it make sense?
The UK already has one of the lowest smoking rates in the developed world, under 15% of people smoke, down from around 35% in 2000. That's considerably below the 20-40% range across most of the EU. The anti-smoking legislation passed during that time clearly had some effect. I would've preferred ha...

Granpa Question for you. I want you to be honest…. If Liverpool had Haaland instead of Darwin, do you think they win the PL this season? Yes, probably. Also if they had Kane, Toney, Isak or Watkins. But I'd still want Nunez in the side... He's not a proper number 9. Diaz is playing in his position....

Never understood the criticism of the prosecution and making Simpson's "dream team" out to be geniuses. Jurors openly admitted to finding him not guilty as revenge against whitey. OJ could have represented himself and got off. I don't think this is true. I've seen interviewers with jurors in which ...

Hard agree. Our prop stocks haven't been this low in as long as I can recall. The hookers aren't great, but they aren't our biggest issue. Our locks make me sad. Daf looks lightweight, Rowlands's form has dropped off a cliff, and Beard is a massive fanny. Doing a bit of research - not choosing ever...

Ref was 100% on the money. Saka had a chance to win and he decided to dive. Football is so full of cheaters. Someone born in 1960, would be 64 today (or soon to be). 64 years the other way would have been 1896.
