Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread
I find myself with pretty much zero enthusiasm for watching England at the moment. I didn't watch the Scotland game as I'd had enough after the autumn games and I have no plan to watch the game this weekend. I find the games far more frustrating than enjoyable even if we win. I normally don't miss ...

I am also a committed ovivore. There was a shortage of the rugby ball shaped beauties at the start of the first lockdown and I couldn’t stand the thought of that happening again so we now have 4 chickens. I had three flats in the first Ride London. On the last one, with a couple of miles left, nobody I was riding with had a spare tube with a long enough valve so I had to keep stopping to pump it up every few hundred metres. Had to ride slowly round the final corner onto the mall and someone patronise...

There are other apps if you want to use a turbo but aren’t bothered by the virtual reality side of zwift. Sufferfest and TrainerRoad for example. The latter is probably still the best for structured training plans and puts a data bar at the bottom of the screen so you can watch Netflix etc while tra...

I used to use a Kurt Kinetic which was fine but I found the VP calc wasn’t very reliable and I wanted to be able to use ERG mode that smart trainers provide, which makes sites like TrainerRoad, Zwift, etc a better experience. So I got a KickR when they were first released and would highly recommend...

You will get rubber dust from the tyre as it degrades with a wheel-on trainer. Worth getting a trainer tyre if you use it a lot, which won’t degrade but can’t be ridden outside. i’ve had mine for over 10 years and used it heavily. No they didn't choke. They failed because : a/ they spent most of their remaining mental energy last week, defeating the AB. It's easier to regenarate your body than your mental concentration. Defeating Australia, New-Zealand and South africa in a row was simply a step to far in that concern. b/ th...
