Joost was the one who I thought was most special at time of watching but I was also young and less jaded so who knows. Smith and DP are excellent also.
No love for Gregan? Probably not at the level of the above but what a talented little prick

Oh and to be clear I'll always support neo-libs and the like over "traditional conservatives" who in modern times are invariably fascists or insane laissez faire libertarians. There is certainly a much lesser evil here and no alliance can exist between the left and the far right even if there is som...

Luckily, in a Party rammed to the rafters with quality, the Tories have been able to replace 30p Lee with Gullis. Out of curiosity, are Anderson and Gullis conservative or unconservative? They’re both ridiculous gobshites but where do they actually fall on the policy spectrum? The politics of makin...

it seems questionable in the extreme there's only one way to be a conservative and anyone who steps away from one strand of conservatism should be derided for not having a sufficiently pure take on conservatism. Most British drinkers will be on Carling/Fosters/Carlsberg/cheapest lager in bar from my experience.
I know we are all very sophisticated and look down on that but I think that's the case regardless of class or subculture or whatever.

I'm not personally attacking the scrum when I say I like the drop out. I am attacking unambitious teams keeping possession in excellent positions and doing little with it, being held up and then being rewarded with one of the best options in the game to score a try from. And hey, if they fail they c...

I like the drop outs. If you get held up, you've messed it up and you also prevent the 5 minutes of scrum resets that often followed. Don't have the stats clearly DOB, but genuinely think it forced teams like Exeter (who were Pick and Go RFC) into a rethink. Yeah it hasn't stopped it entirely obvio...

I'm all for the hold up over the line thing. It rewards good defense and should hopefully discouraging pick and go after pick and go after pick and go at least to some extent.

I'd have no problem with a proper European Championship instead because i'm an edgy iconoclast type but it would just be group stages to set up play offs for the 6N sides for decades at least. Which would likely mean fewer fixtures between these sides which would likely mean less money That argumen...

I think mark from kick off is worth a try. It's too easy to box a team in from kick off and competitive ball could make for a better game. Of course these things always have knock on effects as teams devise strategies around it and taking adv of unintended consequences but think it is worthy trying.
