Thats what it means, however in Central America it is not automatically a derogatory reference. Assume it is the same in Argentina. In this case it seems to be. Let the powers that be back in Argentina deal with it as they see fit. You are right, but in this case, it was used in an derogatory way.

Why are Argentina playing a B team? The All Blacks aren’t great these days but that’s a bit harsh. They want to try out new guys and avoid playing the same guys 3 straight weeks in a row. Yes. But there is nothing really ground breakingly new in the Argies arsenal. They basically played the same game they have for a while but were infinitely more accurate. The difference is due the complete change in our selection strategy. We are not bound to the Pumaguares-only policy anymore :D
