Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread
I did have a gripe with Murray in the first half. I don't think he attempted to make a break once. That is hard I suppose behind a beaten pack. However it was easy for England to get the three men closest to the ruck to just run up and hit the three Irish players closest to Murray.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread
Maybe I'm being over positive but I don't think the England game was as bad as people are saying. Peyper aside. England rarely lose at home under Eddie Jones, Ireland are in transitions and for all their dominance two of their tries were avoidable. Throw in Sexton missing two easily kick-able shots ...

You must be in the #fsgout and #kloppout section of twitter to find such depressed Liverpool fans.
Anyone with sense expected this to be a battle. I'd have been happier playing Real Madrid than Atletico they're just the kind of team to mess up Liverpool's rhythm.

I would rather be punched by Haskell than McGregor any day of the week. This is a rare case where I actually know what I'm talking about - someone who is spot on with the mechanics of delivering a punch will land something far more devastating than a big knacker with lots of muscles. I was playing 5 a side this evening. Was talking to a few of the lads who work in DIT. Used to vote labour, switched to Sinn Fein.
