Either, the photo is essentially as it originally was but she had a go at editing it to fix a few things she wasn't entirely happy with, and the whole thing has been blown out of proportion. Thanks for the replies. I’m going to stuff some mineral wool type stuff up there and the lights I’m getting are sealed units rated to be overlayed with insulation. It’s the best I can do. The lights will be installed by an electrician.

Well, you can use foam, but only if you vent your 25mm airspace beneath the substrate that your roofing membrane is attached to and have an air-gap between it and the internal linings. But don't go squirting expansive foam everywhere unless you want to worsen the situat...

First thing to remember is there's a void between the celotex and membrane for airflow that you don't want to block.
